With our hub stationed in Cyprus, we provide next day delivery exclusively through QuickBox for local orders, right at your door.
For global destinations, you have the flexibility to choose from our diverse range of expedited shipping options:
• International Priority Mail
• Express International Mail
• Boxnow
Furthermore, all our International Mail shipping options are tracked and registered, ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire delivery process.
For deliveries within Cyprus, you can typically expect next-day delivery right at your doorstep.
For international orders, we categorize destinations into two zones:
ZONE 1 includes European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, the Vatican, Liechtenstein, and Monaco.
ZONE 2 includes other European countries and countries in the rest of the world.
Using our Standard International Mail option, deliveries to ZONE 1 usually take between 7 to 15 business days, while deliveries to ZONE 2 may take up to 10 to 60 business days. Opting for our Express International Mail service expedites the process, with deliveries to ZONE 1 typically arriving within 5 to 15 business days and deliveries to ZONE 2 within 10 to 20 business days.
Please be aware that unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times as they may vary based on factors outside our control. Factors such as postal service processing times and transit times in your country are beyond our influence. Estimated postage times are additional to processing time.
Orders within Cyprus are usually processed, packed, and prepared for delivery within a business day.
For our international clients, please allow up to 3 business days for us to complete this process.
For international orders, please be aware that customs charges may apply. We recommend using a customs calculator to estimate any duty fees that may be incurred in your country. It’s important to note that we are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country. Additionally, some countries may have specific import restrictions on certain products. It is your responsibility as the customer to verify your local regulations before placing an order with us.
You can track your International Mail order with the carrier’s tracking number, which you’ll receive in the email confirming the shipment of your order.
For orders chosen through Boxnow expect to receive a notification directly from the courier service within 1-3 working days after the shipment confirmation email.
In the event of damage to the packaging upon receipt, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately. Should any damage to the items be discovered, kindly request your postal service agent to complete a damage report, which will be submitted to the respective postal operator. The same procedure applies if damage is identified within three (3) working days from the receipt of the item.
Furthermore, please notify us promptly upon receiving your order via email at info@xoclaywear.com so that we can initiate a complaint investigation with the carrier.
If your order was shipped through Boxnow, please notify us directly and promptly upon receiving your order via email at info@xoclaywear.com.
To expedite the process, kindly include the following details in your email:

Please rest assured, your satisfaction is paramount, and in any case your items are determined damaged or partially damaged, we’ll arrange for a full refund, covering the cost of the order and any associated shipping fees.

Additionally, to safeguard your new gems and ensure a safe arrival, all orders are carefully re-examined and then packed in bespoke, recyclable tin gift boxes and further secured in high-quality bubble mailers.

If you haven’t received your order, please follow these steps based on the shipping method:
International Mail and Express International Mail:
Firstly, check the tracking of your order. If the tracking doesn’t provide necessary information or is stalled, contact us at info@xoclaywear.com. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving the issue and initiate a complaint investigation with the carrier if required.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 24 hours as there might be a delay between tracking updates and actual delivery. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. If the delay persists, we suggest checking with your neighbors and your local post office. If these efforts are unsuccessful, contact us at info@xoclaywear.com. We’ll promptly assist you further in resolving the issue and initiate any necessary actions with the carrier.
QuickBox Couriers:
Should your QuickBox Express order not arrive within the specified timeframe, please wait an additional 24 hours in case of unforeseen delays. If your order still hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting QuickBox Couriers directly at www.quickbox.com.cy/contact.
